How do you go about choosing a permanent makeup artist? Since permanent makeup lasts about 5 years, one certainly doesn’t want to choose the wrong person to put it on. Price shopping is not the way to go, so just how would you quality shop? There is a national permanent makeup artist list, but what would you look for when deciding who to go to?
